Program Terms and Conditions

Promotional Period for earning points in the HPE KPI Tracker program is going to be based on each individual campaign period.
Refer to the individual campaign programs for full terms and conditions regarding achieving your KPIs
Ingram Micro NZ will announce the winners based on the campaign results and each individual will be contacted directly by your HPE BDM
A partner cannot win a prize on both leader boards unless specified by Ingram Micro NZ
Rewards are subject to availability and substitution and Ingram Micro NZ reserves the right to amend or cancel the rewards at any stage of the campaign period.
No correspondence is entered into regarding determination of leader board winners, Ingram Micro’s decision is final.

General Requirements

Resellers must have an active account with Ingram Micro.
Individual is required to register into the HPE KPI Tracker Program and to be employed by an approved Reseller of Ingram Micro to earn a reward.
An Individual can only be issued their reward if it does not breach the Individual’s company policy. It is the individual’s responsibility to obtain approval from their company to receive a reward.
Any FBT liability is the responsibility of the Individual and their employer.
Ingram Micro New Zealand reserves the right to interpret the terms and conditions of the promotion and will be the sole judge in any dispute.
Promotion terms and conditions may be changed or varied at any time without notice.
Ingram Micro New Zealand reserves the right to terminate the promotion in whole or in part at any time without prior notice and without liability. Errors and omissions are excluded.
